Cook the Dalia and milk and add the cinnamon powder. Reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer, covered for 15-20 minutes or until the Dalia is tender and creamy. Remove the heat and add the chia seeds and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into bowl and add fruits of your choice. To serve, drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle the walnuts.
